How To Order

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available & your credit card is authorised for the transaction. We will contact you if there are any problems with these issues.
Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased we will let you know by e-mail & inform you prior to processing your order.

Your order will be accepted by us when we send you your goods.

Online:

1. Shop by browsing through our website. Click on the collection to see the full range.
2. Click on the relevant image to access the individual item's product page, you can then choose the size, colour & quantity you would like. If you are unsure on sizing you can click on 'check size' to give you exact measurements.
3. Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'add to shopping bag’ near the desired item.
4. Review the items in your shopping bag. You can remove, delete or update your shopping bag by clicking on either 'remove' 'delete' or 'update'.
5. To continue shopping click on 'continue' on the bottom right hand side of the page. Please be aware that items in your shopping bag will only remain there for two hours, after which time, another customer can purchase them.
6. Proceed to checkout by clicking on 'checkout' & follow the instructions.

 

Payment

We accept credit card & debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order & your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Maestro & Solo. We are sorry, but we do not accept American Express.

You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified & when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time we will retain title to the goods.

Acceptance of Your Order

We will send you an e-mail confirmation receipt of your order. The contract between us (mygreenlipstick Ltd) & you (the customer) becomes binding when we send you your goods.
Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order a full refund will be given.

 

Delivery

Standard Delivery

All our orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We have a standard charge of £4.95 P&P for the first item & a nominal charge for each item over & above this depending on the weight of each item.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Please note, if you place your order after 3pm on Friday evening it will not be dispatched until the following Monday - subject to Bank Holidays.

For security reasons we need the delivery to be signed for, so if it is not convenient to deliver it to your home address please let us know a more convenient delivery address.

UK delivery includes: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands - Jersey and Guernsey.

Special Delivery


Should you require your order to arrive the following day we offer a Next Day Delivery Service. The charge for this service is £8.00 P&P for the first item & a nominal charge for each item over & above this depending on the weight of each item. Please note if you place your order after 3pm on a week day your item/s will not be dispatched until the following day, and if you place your order after 3pm on Thursday it will not be dispatched until the following Monday - subject to Bank Holidays. The delivery will need to be signed for, so if it is not convenient to deliver it to your home address please let us know a more convenient delivery address.



European Delivery

£10.00 - International Recorded delivery - items will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days.

All delivery dates that we give are only for your general guidance. Please note that deliveries can on rare occasions be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held liable if you receive late delivery of your order.

Failed Delivery

We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details as we will not be liable if the address that you have given and that we will deliver to is incorrect.

 

Returns Policy

We Offer A Returns Policy Within The UK

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please inform us by email to returns@mygreenlipstick.com within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please return it unworn, with all labels intact within 14 days. We will exchange or refund goods sent back in the same condition as delivered to you. We will refund to the card that was used to purchase the item. Please allow 2 statements for your refund to show. We will not refund or exchange soiled or marked garments, or those returned to us with the labels removed. Panties may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Simply return your order to mygreenlipstick by neatly placing it back into the original packaging with all labeling & packaging intact.
If you have received an item from mygreenlipstick as a gift you may return it for an exchange only.

You will need to pay for postage; please arrange adequate insurance & obtain proof of posting when returning goods to us as we are not responsible for goods lost whilst in transit from customers.

Please note that we are not able to refund the original P&P charge for returns and exchanges unless of course the garment was faulty. We really appreciate your feedback, so if you make a return please let us know why it wasn't right for when you email us to let us know you will be returning the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For All Orders

Email us within 7 days to let us know you are returning an item to us – don’t forget to let us know any feedback you would like to pass on to us. Insert the garments back into the original packaging, reseal & return to the following address.

Take the parcel to your nearest post office to arrange delivery & remember to get proof of postage. For complete peace of mind you could consider sending the goods Recorded Delivery.

 

Packaging Details

We take the greatest care when packing your order to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition. Your order will be wrapped in tissue paper & an organic cotton bag & then placed in a strong box. Some larger items may be wrapped generously in tissue only & then placed into a sturdy box to avoid unnecessary creasing in transit.

All packaging is fully recyclable and is manufactured from either 100% recycled material, organic cotton or has a high recycled content. A receipt will be emailed to you to save paper.
